Payment and Refunds

Fees are clearly stated at enrollment. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are issued after 30% of course completion. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Limitation of Liability

We provide courses on an ‘as is’ basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Users may cancel at any time; no fees are refunded for cancellations.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
